The wind turbine blade recycling production line is a device specially designed to process retired or damaged wind turbine blades, aiming to achieve the sustainable development and environmental protection goals of the wind energy industry
Features
Core equipment composition:
- Shredder: Unique shearing structure and low-speed high-torque design, adapting to various complex working conditions, knives, spindles, and knife boxes made of high-wear-resistant materials, ensuring stable operation and long service life of the equipment.
- Crusher: High-speed rotating spindle hammers crush and grind materials to obtain finer materials.
- Grinding system: Fully automated design, from feeding, discharging to screening, all automated operations are achieved.
- Powder collection system: Through pneumatic conveying and material-gas separation technology, materials are safely and efficiently transported to the collection bin, avoiding the occurrence of dust problems.
- Pulse dust removal system: Using pulse dust removal technology, the dust generated during the crushing process is automatically collected and processed to ensure the cleanliness of the production site.
