1. Raw material pretreatment: collection and preliminary screening of waste paper and plastic

The first step in paper and plastic recycling is the collection and pretreatment of raw materials, which mainly includes:
Waste classification: recycled paper and plastic composite materials (such as milk cartons, beverage packaging, express bags, etc.) need to be initially sorted to remove metal, glass and other impurities.
Crushing: large pieces of waste are crushed into smaller pieces by a crusher to improve the efficiency of subsequent sorting.
Magnetic separation and iron removal: magnetic separation equipment is used to remove iron impurities in the crushed material to avoid damage to subsequent equipment.

2. Paper-plastic separation: core process link
Paper-plastic separation is a key step in recycling. Ruisek uses a combination of hydraulic pulping and eddy current separation technology:
Hydraulic pulping: The pulp enters the pulper, and under the action of high-speed water flow, the paper fibers are dissolved into pulp, and the plastic sheets remain intact. The pulp and plastic are separated by a filter, and the pulp enters the next step of processing, while the plastic sheets are dried by a dewatering machine.
Eddy current separation (optional): For mixed plastics (such as PE/PP), the density difference is further purified by an eddy current separator. Technical advantages: Ruisek’s pulping system saves water and energy, and the separation rate can reach more than 95%.

3. Pulp purification and plastic cleaning
Pulp processing: The pulp is removed from fine impurities by a desander, and then dehydrated by a concentrator to form a reusable pulp raw material. Pulp can be used to produce recycled paper, cardboard and other products.
Plastic cleaning: The separated plastic sheets are passed through a hot washing tank to remove residual adhesives and inks, and then further cleaned by a friction cleaning machine. The cleaned plastic fragments are dried by a dehydrator and finally packaged into recycled plastic granule raw materials.

4. Intelligent control and environmental emissions
The paper and plastic recycling production line is equipped with a PLC automatic control system to monitor the equipment operation status in real time and optimize energy consumption and efficiency. At the same time, the wastewater generated during the treatment process is recycled after sedimentation tank + biochemical treatment to achieve zero emissions; the waste gas is discharged in compliance with the standards through activated carbon adsorption.

5. Finished product application: turning waste into treasure
The recycled materials processed through the complete process have a wide range of uses:
Pulp: used to produce packaging paper, cartons, etc.
Plastic granules: can be processed into plastic pallets, chemical fiber products or used again in the packaging industry.
