Working Principle Of Acsr Recycling Equipment
ACSR recycling equipment mainly separates aluminum and steel through physical separation, mechanical processing and other technical means. The acsr wire recycle machine plant usually includes the following steps:
Pretreatment: In the recycling process, the discarded ACSR wires need to be pretreated first. This usually includes cutting, cleaning and removing external dirt. Through mechanical cutting equipment, the waste wires are cut into small sections for subsequent processing.
Crushing and separation: The crusher crushes the ACSR wires and breaks them into smaller particles. In this process, the equipment will gradually separate the aluminum and steel through vibrating screens or wind sorting. Aluminum and steel have different densities. After a certain amount of mechanical sorting and airflow separation, efficient metal separation can be achieved.
Aluminum-steel separation: In the separation process, two types of equipment are usually used: magnetic separators and airflow separators. Magnetic separators can use the magnetism of steel to separate steel wires from other metals, while airflow separators use the different densities of aluminum and steel to separate aluminum from the mixture through the action of airflow. Finally, aluminum and steel are recycled separately.
Cleaning and finishing: After the metal separation is completed, post-cleaning treatment is required. Aluminum metal may have some steel wire or other impurities. Using efficient cleaning equipment can further remove these impurities to ensure that the quality of the recycled aluminum meets the standards.
Metal recycling: The separated aluminum and steel can enter the recycling process separately for further processing, smelting or reuse. The recycled aluminum and steel can be put back into production, greatly improving the utilization rate of resources.
