Innovation Of Aluminum-Plastic Separation Technology
Aluminum-plastic composite materials are widely used in food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging and other industrial products. Due to their composite structure of aluminum and plastic, traditional recycling methods are difficult. However, with the innovation of aluminum-plastic sorting technology, recycling efficiency has been significantly improved, providing a new solution for waste resource utilization.
In recent years, aluminum-plastic sorting technology has made significant progress, covering several innovative methods. These technologies can efficiently separate aluminum and plastics while maximizing the value of recycled resources.
(1) Wind sorting technology
Wind sorting technology is one of the earliest technologies used in aluminum-plastic sorting. It mainly separates aluminum and plastic through the different speeds of air flow and the difference in particle quality. The heavier aluminum will be blown to one side by the air flow, while the lighter plastic will be blown to the other side.
(2) Electrostatic separation technology
Electrostatic separation technology separates charged aluminum materials from plastic materials through the action of an electrostatic field. Due to the difference in charge properties between aluminum and plastic, aluminum becomes positively charged when an electric field is applied, while plastic remains neutral or negatively charged.
(3) Spectral recognition and laser sorting technology
With the continuous advancement of spectral technology, spectral recognition technology has begun to be applied to aluminum-plastic sorting production lines. The spectral characteristics of the materials are analyzed by laser technology to quickly identify the different characteristics of aluminum and plastic, thereby achieving efficient separation.
(4) Combination of mechanical crushing and air flow separation
Mechanical crushing technology is usually used to crush aluminum-plastic composite materials into smaller particles, and combined with air flow sorting technology, the sorting efficiency can be improved. The crushed fine particles can be separated more easily under the action of airflow.
