Overview
Waste solar panel crushing recycling plant is mainly used to recycle waste solar panels. Photovoltaic panel recycling equipment can fully automatically remove the frame, remove the glass, crush and sort, and get silicon, mixed metals, plastics, etc.
Features
Processing principle:
Wire box removal - frame removal - glass removal - photovoltaic panel crushing and sorting
Final product:
- Aluminum frame removal rate ≥ 99%, recycling purity ≥ 98%.
- Glass removal rate 90-98%, recycling purity ≥ 95%.
- Metal particle (copper) recovery rate ≥ 95%, recycling purity ≥ 95%.
- Plastic powder recovery rate ≥ 95%, recycling purity ≥ 90%.
- Silicon recovery rate 95%, appears in the form of a mixture of plastic powder, glass powder, etc., with a silicon content of about 60%.
Product feature
- It can be equipped with robot loading. The robot can participate in the loading and handling of photovoltaic panels. It can realize the automatic loading of the whole pallet of regular photovoltaic panels by robot in the designated area, reducing the manual participation process.
- It can add 3D line scanning modeling to identify the external and glue box features of photovoltaic panels, guide the equipment to remove the glue box, remove the frame, and link related actions, so as to achieve automatic adaptation of boards of different specifications and reduce manual participation.
- The new version of the glue box removal scraper has a wider coverage range, and can automatically identify the vertical, horizontal, single glue box, and three glue boxes (if other glue boxes are required, you can inform in advance), automatically adjust the scraper direction, and no manual participation is required during the operation process.
