Lithium battery recycling equipment is a series of mechanical equipment specially used to process waste lithium batteries.Our company lithium battery recycling equipment can be used to process various waste batteries: soft-pack lithium batteries, hard-shell lithium batteries, cylindrical lithium batteries, lithium battery positive and negative plates, etc.

Features

Process mainly comprises the following steps: after discharging the recovered waste batteries, crushing, magnetic separation, air separation, crushing, gravity separation, screening and other processes are carried out by mechanical equipment. After crushing and sorting, copper, aluminum and black mass are obtained.

  1. Crusher: crushes lithium batteries into small pieces.
  2. Hammer crusher: performs secondary crushing on the crushed materials.
  3. Grinding machine: grinds the crushed materials into powder
  4. Separator: after grinding, separates them.
  5. Collector: collects and releases dust.
  6. Pulse purifier (air purifier): removes all dust generated during the operation of the entire system.
  7. Grading screen: screens the materials sorted by the separator to screen out larger metal materials.
  8. Magnetic separator: separates nickel from metals.
  9. Gravity separator: separates the finer materials obtained by the screener and completely separates the metals.
  10. High-pressure fan: keeps the entire system in a negative pressure state to collect materials and purify the air
